Calibration Services
We provide NIST traceable onsite calibration services for Process and Laboratory equipment to improve accuracy, reliability, and system performance. Our services are compliant with EMA, FDA, USP, and WHO guidelines and standards, and our technicians are trained professionals with experience working in the Life Sciences industry. Our calibration capabilities include:
Manufacturing Process Equipment & Utilities
- Calibration of instrumentation, including Temperature, Pressure, Speed, Weight, CO2, Conductivity, Dew Point, Differential Pressure, Relative Humidity, Level, Flow, Time, and more.
Laboratory Equipment
- Lab equipment calibration services specializing in instruments that measure CO2, Conductivity, Relative Humidity, pH, Pressure, Speed, Temperature, Time, and more.
- Balance calibration with minimum weight calculation.
Maintenance Planning
Our subject matter experts can manage the routine planning and scheduling of all hard services, as well as external vendors, contractors, and associated documentation.
Scheduling/Planning Services
- Full time placement of Scheduler/Planner at client site.
- Work order management and resource allocation within client CMMS.
- Internal scheduling of Metrology, Facilities, Automation, Engineering and Validation activities.
- Shutdown planning.
Managed Vendor Services
- Full time placement of Equipment Service Coordinator at client site.
- Scheduling and coordination of vendor services to include all process, laboratory, and analytical equipment.
- Escort vendors.
- Receive, review, and upload service reports to client database or CMMS.
Procedure and Document Development
We work in a collaborative manner with your system experts to help define your process, as well as develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align to internal standards and requirements.
- Creation or revision of procedures defining and outlining programs (Metrology, Asset Management, Equipment Lifecycle, etc.)
- Creation or revision of Technical Calibration SOPs
- Creation or revision of Associated Forms
Data Management
We offer data management services to improve and maintain your Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). WE provide you with the resources required to keep your CMMS current and compliant.
- Onsite or offsite data entry and management.
- Experience with CMMS programs including ProCal, SAP and BMRAM.
- Full management of client assets in ProCal.
- Data migration assistance.
